Our commitment to Quality
At Steeltech, we strive best to deliver the products/services with high standard of quality on time to meet customer /project requirements.
We have our own QA&QC procedure which has procedure to control the quality of the job from beginning to completion of works.
Our ITP is prepared based on our experience and standards to meet requirements. It is more suitable for steel structural works fabrication and erection works and which gives the references and guidelines.
Our QC department works independently and is responsible for continual improvement programmes in line with Quality policy and quality objectives of company.
Our quality assurance system has every stage inspections from materials inspection to Handover inspections. We do our own testing of welds even though it is not required for the job in order to ensure soundness of weld.
Our quality control inspectors aims at periodic and systematic stage inspections/checks of materials and processes to achieve “Right first time” product and prevention of Non conformance.
Our concept is our own QC department shall carry out all inspections and get satisfied then offer to clients or third party inspector. Through this procedure our NCR rate is controlled.
